On the Basic plan you pay a base fee of €4.99/month, plus €3 per printer per month. So for 5 printers it would be €4.99 + (5 × €3) = €19.99/month. The Pro and Annual plans include all 50 printer slots at a flat rate — no extra per-printer charges.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing cycle.
No. The entire AI engine runs on your local machine (Windows 10/11). Printer telemetry — temperatures, positions, G-code — never leaves your local network. Only license validation and account management communicate with our cloud servers.
You need a Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) machine with Node.js 18+. Your printers must run Klipper + Moonraker and be reachable on your local network. A one-click Windows installer is coming soon — you'll be notified by email when it's ready.
